Breathe. You’re in good hands.

Life can be beautiful, but it can also be incredibly heavy. We are constantly asked to adapt to changes we didn’t ask for and carry weights we weren’t meant to hold. If that has taken a toll on you, I want you to know: It is okay to check in on the “inner you” and admit you aren’t okay.

Before I was a therapist, I believed the stigmas, too. I’ve seen how those labels keep people from the support they deserve. My mission now is to help you break through that noise and treat your mental health as the basic human necessity it is.

I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach because you aren’t a textbook case; you are a person. My philosophy is “Any Modality It Takes,” which means I draw from a wide range of tools to find exactly what works for you. This includes specialized trauma support like EMDR, traditional talk therapy, and inclusive care for neurodivergent individuals.

I’m Latisha S. Corbett, M.S., LMHC, EMDR-C, NCC, LBA-LP, and I’m the clinician & CEO behind Any Modality LLC. I provide virtual therapy in New York for youth, adults, and older adults. My style is warm, grounded, and practical. We’ll pay attention to both what you’re carrying right now and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck—so you can respond to your life with more clarity, steadiness, and self-compassion.

I earned my B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from CUNY Hunter College, then went on to complete a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling at NYU Steinhardt and a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis at CUNY Hunter College. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York and hold a Limited Permit in Behavior Analysis in New York. I’m also a National Certified Counselor and an EMDRIA-certified EMDR clinician. I’m currently pursuing my PhD in Clinical Sex Therapy.

Approach: I tailor therapy to you. Depending on your goals, sessions may include skill-building, reflection, and compassionate challenge. We’ll check in often about what’s helping and adjust as needed.

Life can feel like a lot.

Maybe you have been holding it together for everyone else, but inside, you feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or just plain tired. Maybe you and your partner keep having the same argument and do not know how to get out of it. Maybe something painful happened, and even though time has passed, it still feels close. Or maybe you cannot fully explain what is wrong, but you know something needs to change.

Therapy can be a place to finally slow the noise around you and pay attention to what is happening within you.

I’m Dru Collins-Minch, and I work with individuals, couples, and families who want support that feels real, honest, and human. My style is warm, grounded, and direct. I am here to listen deeply, help you make sense of what you are carrying, and support you in facing what has been hard to face alone.

I help people work through stress, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, and major life transitions. I have spent more than 20 years supporting people through challenging seasons of life, including parents, couples, leaders, and individuals trying to rebuild after loss, pain, or disconnection. I am also a Certified Trauma Professional and Yoga Therapist, which means I pay attention not just to your thoughts and emotions, but also to how your experiences live in your body and relationships.

When we work together, I will not rush you, talk over you, or treat you like a problem to fix. I believe you already carry insight, strength, and wisdom, even if it does not feel that way right now. My role is to help you get clearer about what is happening, notice the patterns that keep pulling you off course, and support you in creating a life that feels steadier, more connected, and truer.

For some people, that means healing old wounds. For others, it means learning to speak honestly in a relationship, trusting themselves again, or stopping the patterns that no longer serve them. Whatever brings you here, therapy can become a space where you feel more present, more open, and more like yourself.

You do not have to figure it all out on your own.

If you are ready to begin, reach out to schedule a consultation. We can talk about what is going on and whether working together feels like the right fit.
