FAQs
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
If something in your life feels heavier than it needs to—or you’re repeating patterns you want to change—therapy can help. You don’t need to be in crisis to reach out.
Do you offer teletherapy?
Yes. Sessions are held securely online via Zoom or SimplePractice for clients. A link is provided before your first session.
How often will we meet?
Most clients start weekly or biweekly. We’ll decide together based on your goals, schedule, and what feels sustainable.
What if I’m not sure what to say?
That’s common. Part of the therapeutic journey is to help you find a starting point. You can begin with what’s been on your mind lately, or what you’re hoping will feel different.
Who do you work with (youth, adults, older adults)?
We work with youth, adults, and older adults. If you’re reaching out for a minor, a parent/guardian typically participates in parts of the process. Share the age and what you’re hoping for, and we’ll let you know whether it’s a fit.
Do you offer LGBTQIA+ affirming and culturally responsive therapy?
Yes. We aim to provide a space that is affirming, culturally responsive, and respectful of your lived experience—including your identity, community, and the systems that may affect your well-being.
